Incoming (IMAP)
  Server:  mail.norwoodlions.ca
  Port:    993
  Security: SSL/TLS
  Username: full email address

Outgoing (SMTP)
  Server:  mail.norwoodlions.ca
  Port:    587
  Security: STARTTLS
  Authentication: same username/password as IMAP

Alternative SMTP: port 465 with SSL (implicit TLS).

POP3 (optional — e.g. Gmail “import”)
  Server:  mail.norwoodlions.ca
  Port:    995
  Security: SSL

Thunderbird: Account Settings → Add Mail Account → manual config with the values above.
Outlook: File → Add Account → Advanced setup → IMAP → enter hostnames and ports above.
